You are using AI somewhere. Can you show who signed it off? In one day we review how your organisation uses AI and digital tools and tell you what to fix first. You get a findings note listing every tool in use, what it touches and who signs off, a prioritised action list that is small enough to actually do, and an evidence map so nothing is rebuilt in a hurry when your regulator or a client asks. AI Implementation and Governance Review (Care Sector)
When the inspector asks how your AI is governed, have the answer ready. This is the care sector edition of our governance review, with the extra depth a regulated care setting needs and the evidence an inspector looks for. It supports the CQC Regulation 17 conversation on good governance and accurate records. You get the same findings note, action list and evidence map, mapped to the questions a registered manager gets asked. It is not an audit, and it makes no claim on your behalf. It gives you the evidence to make your own case.
