The philosophy

Why we introduce through a network, not an ad budget

SMEs, charities and social enterprises buy our AI products, and a share of every pound we earn funds free post-AI training and career planning for every generation. That model only works if the way we grow is as honest as the mission. So we choose people over reach. Our products are introduced by people who know the business, understand the mission, and put their own name next to ours when they open a door.

An introduction is a different thing from an advert. An advert interrupts you. An introduction comes from someone who thought of you specifically, and who answers for the recommendation afterwards. We think owners of small organisations deserve the second kind, and we have built our whole approach around it.

Our associates are self-employed and openly commission based. We say that plainly because it is a feature, not a secret. Nobody in our network earns anything unless a client chooses us, stays with us, and pays for something that genuinely works. That puts every incentive on the right side of the table: our people do well only when our clients do.

Become a Network Introduction Associate

We are looking for a small number of self-employed associates to introduce Admin Core, our back office crew of AI colleagues, to SME owners. We will be straight with you: the company is young, the role is commission only, and there is no salary behind it. What there is: a product that is live with clients, proper written terms before you start, our materials and our support behind every conversation, and a share of the fees from every client you bring in.
