You connect it to your Google or Microsoft account, and to Todoist, the way you would hand a new assistant a login. Then it gets on with the work between your check-ins. It minds your inbox, sorts your diary and briefs you each morning on what actually needs you. Switch on project reports, and it writes your weekly project report as well. Quietly, without being asked. Its own emails, like your welcome note and your daily brief, come from Proust, and never from you.

YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL
You are always in charge. Proust prepares work for you to approve. It does not send email to other people as you, and it cannot delete your mail. Project reports are built only from the mail you copy or forward to Proust, and each report goes to you alone. You can see everything it has access to, and take that access away, at any time. On the Managed plan your email is handled in QuantumColleagues’ own private environment in the UK or EU. On the Appliance, Proust runs on your own hardware and your data never leaves your site.
