Most companies ask you to take it on trust. We’d rather show you. QuantumColleagues is a Community Interest Company: when a business buys AI from us, a defined share is locked to a social mission — funding post-AI training for the people the market usually skips. This page is the receipt: the mechanism, the numbers, and where to verify every claim on it.

How it works

One purchase. Two jobs.

Step 1

You buy AI

A business buys Proust, Admin Core, or a project crew — the same tools you’d pay for anyway.

Step 2

We lock the value

We’re a CIC. Profits are asset-locked and dividends capped by law. The good can’t be quietly extracted — mine included.

Step 3

It funds two

A defined share funds post-AI training for two people who’d never otherwise get it: a young person starting out, and someone later in life.

The promises behind the numbers

What we’ve bound ourselves to.

Asset-locked by law. The value we build stays bound to the mission. It can’t be sold off or paid out to enrich owners.
Dividends capped. A CIC can pay out no more than 35% of profit. The rest stays in the mission.
Profit reinvested first. The majority of profit goes back into training. Dividends are the exception, not the point.
Reported every year. Our community impact is filed publicly in the CIC34 report at Companies House.

The count, in the open.

One real figure today, and it is one you can check: the number of visitors to Career & Beyond, our free careers tool, since it launched in July 2026. GoatCounter counts it live, with no cookies and no personal data. A fault stopped the count from 28 August to 29 September 2026, so the true figure is higher than this one. Training and funding figures join it as the first cohorts run; nothing goes on this page before it has happened.
